The first cool mornings have arrived, and Jasper is very much in favour. This month’s update includes the doorbell review, an extended sniffing tour, and a renewed commitment to meeting every friendly neighbour.

Summer bulletin
It has been a busy summer of shady walks, cheerful greetings, and serious sofa discussions. Jasper would like to thank everyone who made room for a large dog and an even larger personality.

July walking update
Jasper’s latest route survey is complete. The best paths have interesting smells, unhurried company, and somewhere pleasant to pause. The shortest route is rarely the most interesting one.

June community bulletin
This month, Jasper launched an ambitious stick-carrying initiative. Although the original branch proved difficult to transport, the project brought the entire walking party together.

Spring garden report
Spring has arrived in Jasper’s garden. The annual inspection found much to appreciate, including fresh grass, a reassuringly familiar gate, and a particularly good place to lie down.
